Moira Madell is Principal Consultant. For over two decades she has continued to enhance her consulting expertise in compensation strategy and program design for base pay, incentive pay and performance management. Gaining valuable training and mentoring at a large, global HR consulting firm, she ultimately became a Global Resource for competency model design and led projects linking competencies to performance and pay. Today, skills, knowledge and experience interplay in her design of leveled job frameworks, a career architecture that she has designed and implemented for many clients. Moira has often earned high praise from her clients for her project management skills and focus on results.
